Support Associate - King Of Prussia

Summary

Responsible for assisting with stocking and receiving functions including managing directs, transfers, deliveries, customer mail returns and supporting large store projects such as jobins jobouts and events or remodels. Role requires operational skills, attention to detail and flexibility with hours and tasks to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory and deliveries
• Manage store transfers and directs to ensure accurate stock placement
• Handle customer mail returns and related inventory tasks
• Support large projects including jobins jobouts store events and remodels
• Perform stock and physical merchandising duties as needed
• Use store computer systems to track inventory and tasks
• Follow through on assigned tasks and complete work accurately

Requirements

• Retail support or stockroom experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn technical systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to perform physical stock duties and lift as required
• Flexibility with schedule and task priorities
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
