Support Associate

Summary

The Support Associate assists with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to support store sales and enhance the customer experience. Reporting to the RPSO Manager, the role performs daily operational tasks in a Neiman Marcus store and supports setup and takedown of in-store events.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise transfers, processing of inbound and outbound freight
• Pack, ship, and fulfill online and store customer orders
• Perform merchandise placements to maintain store standards
• Execute price changes, reticketing, and signage moves
• Manage damage handling, mark outs, and inventory control tasks
• Back stock merchandise and maintain stockroom organization
• Assist Managers and Visual with merchandising and sale event setups
• Support set up and take down of in-store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in work areas

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 35 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite
• Ability to follow direction from managers and work in a team environment
