Support Associate

Summary

Support Associate responsible for stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to maintain merchandise organization and support store sales and customer experience. Works under direction of RPSO Manager and store leadership to perform daily operational tasks in a Neiman Marcus store location. Role includes supporting in-store events and adhering to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise transfers and process inbound and outbound freight
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
• Perform merchandise placements to meet standards and set sale events and signage
• Execute price changes reticketing and mark out of stocks
• Manage back stocking and maintain stockroom organization
• Support setup and takedown of in-store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in work areas
• Assist managers and visual team with merchandising under guidance

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Ability to manage competing tasks and work collaboratively
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
