Summary

The Sustainability Manager for Strategy and Operations will shape and execute the companys sustainability strategy by leading strategic planning, operational implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver on sustainability goals. The role prioritizes projects, streamlines processes, manages stakeholder relationships, and ensures delivery of report-ready data and disclosure gap closure. The position partners with internal and external stakeholders to track progress and support sustainability reporting and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management to improve sustainability team processes and systems.
• Manage strategy execution and tools for tracking progress toward sustainability goals.
• Coordinate preparation of report-ready data and partner with data owners for controls and audits.
• Coordinate closure of voluntary and regulated reporting disclosure gaps.
• Conduct benchmark assessments of sustainability performance against peers.
• Prepare and coordinate sustainability strategy updates for leadership.
• Manage inbound and outbound information for stakeholder engagement with investors and NGOs.

Requirements
