System Analyst 1 - Hardware Asset Management

As a System Analyst 1 in Hardware Asset Management, you will leverage your communication, technical, and analytical skills to deliver and optimize scalable solutions for our customers. You will play a key role in aligning process and technology changes with company strategy, ensuring effective use of technology products and providing exceptional customer service.

• Maintain general knowledge of IT hardware, peripherals, and specifications including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and retail selling devices.
• Analyze device options to meet business needs and ensure tech compatibility.
• Process customer requests for new device orders, break-fix, or replacements according to policy.
• Support accurate device inventory and organization across multiple locations.
• Prioritize and drive tasks that support program scope and measure ongoing effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry practices, strategies, and processes within retail and technology.

• 1-year experience as an Analyst, Financial Analyst, Logistics, or Technician.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
