The Tailor performs garment alterations and fittings to Company standards, delivering high quality workmanship and exceptional customer service in a retail environment. This role supports sales associates during fittings and ensures alterations meet client needs and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Mark garments accurately to guide alterations
• Perform alterations and fittings according to client requirements and company quality standards
• Partner with sales associates to provide exceptional service during fittings
• Execute special alteration requests from customers
• Maintain productivity following company systems
• Understand and apply various alteration techniques for proper fit
• Ensure clear concise markings for other tailors to follow

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of alterations and fitting experience
• Experience preferably in a high end retail environment
• Detail oriented with precise workmanship
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Organized and productive following systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
