Responsibilities

• Sew garments and perform basic to advanced alterations, including work on sleeves, backs, sides, collars, and bodices.
• Complete minor repairs and replace buttons.
• Explain alteration services to customers and respond to inquiries.
• Meet customer specifications and deadlines while reducing waste and supporting profitability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of direct experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform physical tasks, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
