Summary
The Team Lead supports the Store Manager in coaching and developing the sales team, building client relationships, driving sales goals, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role models brand values, assists with operational duties, and helps maintain store performance and inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop team members through training and regular feedback
- Build and maintain long term client relationships using clienteling tools
- Drive sales performance through personal achievement and supporting team targets
- Lead morning briefings and communicate corporate strategy to the team
- Support recruiting, staff planning, and succession recommendations with management
- Foster a positive work environment and promote team cooperation
- Implement actions to boost business including merchandising and clienteling
- Support operations including inventory management

Requirements
- Experience in retail management or supervisory role with leadership responsibilities
