Responsibilities
- Act as a role model in sales and achieve personal sales goals.
- Support the team to reach collective sales targets and encourage cross-selling.
- Cultivate and expand a personal client portfolio to drive repeat visits.
- Manage the sales floor to maximize business opportunities and maintain service standards.
- Provide consistent coaching and identify development needs for team members.
- Assist in recruiting and developing talent and support succession planning.
- Motivate the team and foster a positive collaborative work environment.
- Serve as point person for Corporate Merchandising regarding product feedback and client insights.
- Share product information and implement action plans to support category business.

- Proven retail sales experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
