Team Lead

Summary

The Team Lead will support the Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the sales team, building client relationships, and driving sales performance while delivering an exceptional luxury client experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and uphold luxury brand standards
• Support Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing team members
• Drive client relationship building and loyalty initiatives
• Champion achievement of sales goals and business targets
• Oversee selling and floor management activities
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth store functioning
• Optionally champion a specific product category
• Co-create strategies with leadership to enhance client experience

Requirements

• Proven retail leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Client centric and service oriented mindset
• Ability to identify client needs and recommend products
• Entrepreneurial attitude with focus on driving business results
• Experience in luxury retail preferred
• Ability to mentor and develop team members
