Summary
Lead and mentor the Client Advisor team at the Miami Design District store, supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales performance, and maintaining elevated client experiences. Serve as keyholder and act as Manager on Duty when required while building strong personal client business and supporting visual merchandising and back of house coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager with day-to-day management and mentoring of sales team
- Act as Manager on Duty in absence of Store Manager or Store Operations Manager
- Lead by example on the sales floor and provide ongoing coaching to Client Advisors
- Perform keyholder duties including opening and closing responsibilities
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in partnership with leadership
- Run weekly meetings to review sales projections and provide mentorship to increase sales penetration
- Handle conflict resolution with customers and staff when needed
- Support BOH team with consignments, stock control, and organization
- Complete paperwork and procedures for consignments, distance orders, and stylist agreements
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a retail environment
- 2+ years experience in a supervisor or department manager role
- Proven ability to drive positive customer interactions and meet sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to mentor and train sales teams
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
