- Manage employee-relations matters in partnership with Store Directors.

- Partner with Store Director and Merchandising team for feedback on products.
- Utilize digital platforms to support store and online sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments while adhering to policies.

- Support visual merchandising standards and product handling.
- Support opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty.
- Optimize stock management and report risks.
Requirements- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
