Team Manager - Aventura Mall

Summary

Lead the Aventura Mall store opening and oversee daily store operations, merchandising and the client experience. Drive sales performance and maintain high operational and visual merchandising standards. Recruit, develop and coach a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional client service and commercial results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Client Advisors through coaching, reviews and succession planning.
• Recruit, onboard and train staff to meet company standards and maintain high performance.
• Meet sales goals and drive an appointment-based, repeat-business client strategy using CRM tools.
• Ensure effective use of POS and inventory systems; partner with logistics to manage assortment and inventory accuracy.
• Provide monthly business reports and liaise with corporate, mall and repair partners.
• Collaborate with Visual Manager to execute visual merchandising standards and enhance the client shopping experience.

Requirements

• Business school, university degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years retail experience with emphasis on operations or store management, preferably in luxury.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop retail teams; client books preferred.
• Computer literate and proficient with POS/inventory systems.
• Strong communication, problem solving and customer service skills.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; foreign languages a plus.
