• Lead and mentor the team to build client relationships and achieve sales goals.

• Manage team operations, selling, and floor management.

• 3+ years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in the luxury market.
• Strong people leadership skills and a passion for exceptional customer service.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of the luxury and local market.
• Agile approach to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
