Team Manager - Lenox

As a Team Manager at Gucci Lenox, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Client Advisors to deliver the highest performance through a customer-centric attitude. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team on the selling floor, ensuring the achievement of business and product category goals, and representing the brand as a Gucci Ambassador.

• Lead and support your team on the selling floor, providing real-time coaching and feedback.
• Ensure a consistent client experience and high levels of motivation and engagement among Client Advisors.
• Manage store operations, including opening and closing, and lead morning briefings.
• Develop cross-category selling skills within your team and conduct regular performance conversations.
• Drive superior client experiences and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
• Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
• Monitor client advisor performance and strategize to meet KPIs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and maintain visual merchandising standards.

• 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
• Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
