Summary

As a Team Manager based in Vancouver, you will partner with the Store Manager to own business and team performance for a luxury retail store. You will lead and develop a sales team, drive client development and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires commercial acumen, strong people leadership and a passion for luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
• Drive client acquisition, retention and business development through clienteling and merchandising.
• Provide floor leadership by supporting selling activities and ensuring high service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and contribute to action plans to boost product performance.
