- Manage store opening and closing as Manager on Duty, providing leadership and guidance.
- Conduct morning briefings and deliver key business communication and objectives.
- Develop cross-category focus and ensure team sells all categories across floors.
- Conduct performance conversations and develop action plans.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Inspire team to execute superior client experience with a hospitality mindset.
- Develop client engagement mindset to build long-lasting relationships.
- Achieve business objectives using company consumer management strategies.
- Lead execution of clienteling activities and develop actions to reach goals and KPIs.
- Manage customer flow and resolve service issues to retain client relationships.
- Capture meaningful customer data for personalized client development.
- Monitor consumer management database reporting.
- Support and align with business initiatives and new product launches.
- Lead and support company-driven local events and product launches.
- Model Gucci image through appropriate wardrobe and presence.
- Monitor category performance and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Partner with Store Director and Merchandising team for feedback on products and stock.
- Provide insights to maximize category potential while maintaining store image.
- Partner with Training team to ensure Client Advisors have full product knowledge.
- Utilize digital platforms to support store and online product sales.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Loss Prevention, and other departments.
- Provide accurate monthly schedules and leadership zoning for floor coverage.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of company assets.
- Track special orders and communicate bestseller needs.
Requirements- 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
