Summary
The Team Manager will lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the selling floor to deliver a customer centric experience, achieve business and category goals, develop talent, and represent the brand through consistent leadership and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Client Advisors on the selling floor to drive performance
- Provide real time feedback and conduct regular performance conversations
- Support opening and closing as Manager on Duty and lead daily briefings
- Develop cross category selling and ensure team sells all product categories
- Drive client engagement and clienteling activities to grow and retain clientele
- Manage customer flow and resolve customer service issues to retain relationships
- Partner with Store Director and Merchandising to monitor category performance and stock needs
- Collaborate with Operations HR and Loss Prevention to enforce policies and procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage consignment and special orders
Requirements
- 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail luxury or service industries
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to analyze selling reports identify trends and act quickly
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and measurable results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- Strong verbal written communication and organizational skills
- Passion for the fashion industry and strong business acumen
- Ability to inspire influence a team and demonstrate professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
