Manage an assigned beauty brand counter within the Nordstrom Beauty department, delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while driving sales and fostering customer relationships. Act as both salesperson and educator, using in-store and digital tools to meet counter goals and represent luxury brand partners. Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and build customer loyalty including opening rewards accounts
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges professionally
- Keep the department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
