Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to customers
- Drive counter and personal sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive welcoming environment
- Keep the department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and frequent movement during shifts
