- Execute CRM activities for retention and conversion targets.
- Include digital tools in client journey and foster sales partnerships.
- Manage VIP and Top Spender Clients and delicate sales situations.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and ensure safety of team and products.
- Communicate stock needs and ensure proper mix with buying team.
- Ensure organization and systems for smooth client experience.
- Manage end of season returns and product transfers.
- Supervise inventory management and communicate stock information.
- Ensure visual criteria and guidelines execution in store.
- Execute operational tasks and manage cash and payment systems.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail industry.
- Previous management experience leading a team.
- Proven track record in sales and team development.
- Excellent knowledge in product and client journey.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of store performance and KPIs.
- Effective team management and motivational skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Confidence in developing relationships with clients and team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines.
