Team Manager - Saks Fifth Avenue

Summary

The Team Manager is a brand ambassador and business leader who drives sales performance and delivers an excellent client experience. This role leads, coaches, and develops the team while supporting store operations and upholding Prada standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve financial targets, maximize sales, and identify commercial opportunities.
• Support business planning through analysis of product performance and implementation of action plans.
• Build client relationships, encourage clienteling, and ensure an engaging client journey.
• Coach and develop team members, identify talent, and support training and development plans.
• Partner with the Store Manager and support sales floor management, store procedures, inventory, logistics, and back-of-house organization.
• Maintain company standards for product care, staff presentation, and operational activities.
