• 5+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of the luxury and local market.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
