Assistant Boutique Manager - Somerset

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at the Somerset Collection in Troy, Michigan, you will play a pivotal role in our Fragrance & Beauty Boutique. You will drive exceptional client experiences through leadership, operational excellence, and coaching, while demonstrating a passion for beauty.

• Partner with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight in the Director's absence.
• Lead the team on the sales floor, providing superior service to every client.
• Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
• Manage time effectively, focusing 60% on the sales floor and 40% on back-of-house operations.
• Execute operational responsibilities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director.
• Assist in event planning and execution.
• Provide a unique and memorable in-store and after-sales experience to every client.

• 3+ years of leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and lead a team.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
