- Partner with HR for recruitment and hiring of boutique staff.

- Develop product knowledge and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction.
- Lead operational processes to minimize stock loss and enhance customer service.

Requirements- 10+ years of boutique management experience.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and clientele.
- Ability to develop, motivate, and train staff and build strong relationships.

- Ability to manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Availability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
