Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products tailored to customer goals
- Drive counter and personal sales through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open new rewards accounts
- Keep counter organized, clean, and customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving skills
- Empathy and ability to provide a supportive environment during services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for fine manipulation and ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
