Summary
The Team Manager supports the Store Director by leading sales, operations and security teams to meet commercial targets and elevate the store experience. The role requires an inspiring, client‑centric leader who coaches staff, manages the sales floor in the Director's absence and cultivates client relationships including Mandarin speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Coach, guide and support sales and operations to orchestrate exceptional client experiences.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve or exceed store commercial and profitability targets.
- Drive client development activities and manage key client relationships personally.
- Provide management presence on the sales floor and model service excellence.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Act on NPS and client feedback to improve customer service.
- Attract, hire, train and retain top talent and deliver performance feedback.
- Champion operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
- Manage back of house operations and identify process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems and POS systems.
- Ability to work in various roles including sales floor and operations.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Mandarin speaking ability.
- College or university education desired.
