Summary
The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales, operations and security teams to meet commercial targets and elevate the store experience. This role oversees the store in the Director's absence, coaches and develops team members, and ensures exceptional client service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Coach guide and support sales and operations to achieve commercial and profitability targets
- Provide management presence on the sales floor and model client service expectations
- Drive client development activities and deepen client relationships to meet sales targets
- Lead recruitment retention and performance management to cultivate a high performing team
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences
- Act on client feedback and NPS to improve customer service
- Manage back of house operations and ensure compliance with internal control procedures
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies and best practices
- Partner with central and local teams to execute strategy focused on clients people and brand desirability
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer related experience
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results
- Flexibility to work days nights weekends and holidays
- Experience developing and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office client tracking systems and point of sale systems
- Ability to work in various roles including sales floor and operations
- Authorization to work in the United States
- College or university degree preferred
