Summary
The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales operations and security teams to meet commercial targets and elevate the store experience. This role provides oversight of the store in the Director's absence, coaches and develops team members, drives client relationship building, and ensures operational and service excellence aligned to brand values.
Responsibilities
- Coach guide and support sales and operations to achieve commercial and profitability targets
- Provide management presence on the sales floor and model client centric service
- Drive client development activities and manage key product pillars and KPIs
- Deepen client relationships and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Attract hire and retain top talent and provide continuous training and feedback
- Set and communicate goals aligned to strategic priorities and key results
- Champion operational efficiency ensure back of house consistency and compliance
- Act on client feedback and NPS to improve service
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer related experience
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results
- Flexibility to work days nights weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office client tracking systems and point of sale systems
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and drive brand penetration
- Willingness to work in various roles on the sales floor and operations as needed
- Authorization to work in the United States
