Summary
The Team Manager will support the Store Director in leading, developing and supporting sales operations and security teams to meet commercial targets and elevate the store experience. The role provides oversight of the store in the Director's absence and requires dynamic, attentive leadership focused on client service and team development.
Responsibilities
- Coach guide and support sales and operations to achieve commercial and profitability targets
- Provide management presence on the sales floor and model exceptional client service
- Drive client development activities and deepen client relationships to meet sales KPIs
- Manage hiring training performance management and recognition to retain top talent
- Optimize hospitality store amenities and act on client feedback and NPS to improve service
- Ensure efficient back of house operations and compliance with internal control procedures
- Partner with the Store Director to set clear goals aligned to strategic priorities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer related experience
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results
- Flexibility to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office client tracking systems and POS systems
- Ability to develop new opportunities maintain client relationships and drive brand penetration
- Flexibility to perform various roles including sales floor and operations
- Authorization to work in the United States
