Team Manager

• Establish and monitor individual sales and clienteling KPIs for the team.

• Collaborate with the store operation team on stock management and product safety.
• Coordinate team schedules and allocate tasks according to in-store traffic needs.
• Implement zoning strategies for effective client handling.
• Provide continuous feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
• Support the sales team in managing VIP and top spender clients.

• 3+ years of experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive team excellence.
