- Coordinate follow-up and paperwork accurately and timely.
- Lead department merchandising standards with Visual Manager.
- Support Visual Merchandising in planning and implementing visual environment.
- Develop and empower staff through goal setting and meetings.
- Recruit candidates for department positions.
- Supervise personnel and implement company policies.
Requirements- Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail, focusing on operations, store management, or office administration.
- Computer literate with proficiency in various software packages.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service oriented with a passion for luxury products.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
