Summary
Strategic Technical Program Manager role focused on enabling scalable modern data platforms and infrastructure. Owns cross-functional initiatives to improve developer productivity, infrastructure scalability, and data accessibility while partnering with engineering, product, governance, and business teams. Contributes to orchestration, automation, and platform enablement efforts across the enterprise in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Drive platform enablement initiatives including infrastructure automation, developer tooling, and orchestration frameworks
- Manage scope, resources, and schedules for technical programs involving IaC and CI/CD automation
- Lead implementation of workflow engines and cloud native infrastructure solutions
- Coordinate across workstreams to ensure cohesive delivery and alignment with strategy
- Facilitate technical design reviews and stakeholder communication across business domains
- Identify and resolve dependencies across cloud platforms and data processing engines
- Promote adoption of event driven architectures and automated provisioning
- Establish metrics to monitor system performance and delivery efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of technical program management experience in data platforms infrastructure or developer tooling
- Experience with orchestration platforms such as Airflow Prefect or Dagster
- Familiarity with IaC tools Terraform or CloudFormation and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of cloud platforms GCP and AWS and data processing engines like BigQuery and Spark
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python SQL and bash
- Skilled in JIRA Confluence and Agile methodologies with strong stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of SDLC DevOps practices and system integrations
