Responsibilities
- Conduct fragrance and beauty consultations and recommend products based on customer preferences
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses as needed
- Engage customers to build relationships and drive sales in-store and digitally
- Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services
- Use selling tools including text and social media to support sales goals
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure customer readiness
- Stay current on product knowledge and beauty trends through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build customer loyalty and open new rewards accounts
- Multitasking, organizational, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using technology for selling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Eligibility to work the temporary assignment dates from 10/01/2025 to 10/20/2025
