Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and sales support in the boutique, assisting front and back of house operations, client service activities, and maintaining merchandise and packaging supplies. Role involves customer interactions, answering phones, supporting after sales tasks, and physical handling of light items.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt friendly client greeting and assist with questions.
• Support sales team with selling process and merchandising tasks.
• Hang merchandise return items to sales floor and retrieve stock.
• Organize and maintain workstation and selling floor standards.
• Maintain packaging supplies such as bags boxes ribbons and stationary.
• Support Client Service Concierge Doorperson and Greeter activities.
• Log repairs contact clients and maintain after sales records.
• Answer phones and provide timely customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.

• Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure.
