Job Description

Summary

Temporary Style Advisor responsible for delivering personalized client experiences, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales objectives through expert product knowledge and exceptional service. Role emphasizes styling, client cultivation, and contributing to the store's omni-channel business performance. Works closely with the boutique leadership to represent the brand and create memorable guest interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accountability for individual performance objectives
  • Recommend merchandise using an omni-channel approach across all channels
  • Stay current with market trends and competitor activity
  • Maintain product knowledge across all categories to meet client preferences
  • Deliver the brand selling ceremony and create memorable guest experiences
  • Deepen client relationships through personalized communication and outreach
  • Capture customer data through discovery and follow up
  • Support operations including visual merchandising inventory control and after care

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years sales retail hospitality or cross-industry experience
  • Proven history of driving sales and results
  • Strong client engagement and relationship building skills
  • Excellent written verbal and listening communication skills
  • Good time management and service oriented approach
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and concerns
  • College level education preferred
  • Ability to perform duties as assigned and adhere to company policies
