Job Description

Summary

The Total Rewards Manager Compensation is an individual contributor role in Technology providing consulting support to HR business partners and leaders on compensation strategy, program design, and project delivery. The role leverages compensation expertise, financial principles, and data to inform decisions and support recruitment and retention initiatives. This hybrid position requires onsite presence three days per week and collaboration with Compensation Analysts and the Compensation center of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with HR partners and business leaders to align compensation programs with short and long term priorities.
  • Advise on compensation program effectiveness, competitiveness, design, education, and communication.
  • Lead and manage cross functional compensation projects for client groups.
  • Partner with Compensation Analysts to develop fact based recommendations and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to address compensation related issues.
  • Partner with Executive Compensation to develop senior level offers including VP level.
  • Use data and financial principles to inform and influence leader decision making.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of compensation or applicable HR consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of technical and legal aspects of compensation.
  • Experience leveraging data to create fact based analyses and presentations.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships and collaborate across organizational levels.
  • Strong time management and ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Finance Business Administration or related field preferred.
