Summary
The Program Mgr 2 is part of the Corporate HR Business Partner team responsible for coordinating, planning and executing HR initiatives and programs across corporate HR with a focus on the Technology organization. This role aligns HR work into a cohesive roadmap and calendar, owns multiple HR programs including pay and performance, employee survey, talent reviews and promotions, and supports HR priorities and change management efforts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare People Dashboards and HR metrics for client groups and partner with HR Directors and COE teams to explain trends
- Own coordination of the annual Pay and Performance process including calibration sessions and executive reviews
- Manage the Voice of the Employee survey program and create readouts and decks for senior leaders
- Manage talent programs including Talent Calibration and Talent Review calendars and materials
- Own the semi-annual Technology promotion process including communications and submissions review
- Drive hybrid compliance by reviewing monthly reporting and following up on outliers
- Maintain Team Sharepoint as centralized data repository and create and maintain team calendar
- Support Performance Management activities and co-own team development activities such as offsite and training initiatives
- Leverage analytical skills to provide centralized analyses and support HR business partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined HR project or program management experience
- Experience partnering with business leaders to drive people outcomes
- Proven expertise in program management and business operations within complex organizations
- Skilled in organizational design and change management for large scale implementations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Outstanding prioritization and time management skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize processes and reduce manual work
