Summary
Lead strategy design and execution of healthcare and wellness programs, aligning benefits offerings with talent and Total Rewards priorities. Manage vendor relationships and use data and market intelligence to drive inclusive, equitable, and cost effective benefit strategies. Partner with leadership and cross functional teams to inform long term vision and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead medical and pharmacy plan strategy and design including PBM partnerships
- Support and develop a team of Benefits Analysts and program owners
- Build relationships with internal business partners to drive benefits initiatives
- Use financial data vendor analysis and internal analytics to measure program impact
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with external vendors
- Analyze data to identify gaps and recommend enhancements to offerings
- Ensure compliance with COBRA ACA ERISA HIPAA and state regulatory requirements
- Partner with Benefits and Total Rewards leadership to share insights informing long term strategy
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in benefit plan management focused on health and welfare
- 5+ years of experience leading teams of analysts and senior analysts
- Bachelor’s degree and or HR Benefits certification such as CEBS PHR or SPHR
- Proven ability to translate ideas into implemented solutions that drive impact
- Strong change management executive communication and presentation skills
- Effective verbal and written communication across all organizational levels
- Experience partnering with business leaders and cross functional teams
- Ability to work onsite four days per week within commutable distance of downtown Seattle offices
