Trainee Events

The Dior Corporate Trainee program is designed to identify and develop future talent across functional areas. As an Events Trainee, you will support the Events Team in logistical planning and operational details of retail event strategies, assisting with market research and administrative tasks. You will contribute to the organization’s objectives through daily administrative and long-term project work, collaborating with other trainees to improve business results and present projects to the Executive Leadership Team.

• Support the Events Team in planning, organizing, and executing events, including assistance with event briefs, evite briefs, and event timelines.
• Assist with managing event calendars and post-event recaps, data collection, and list uploads.
• Conduct research for upcoming events and support on-site event execution and pre-event preparation.
• Assist with charity initiatives, including purchasing tickets and tables, and liaising with boutiques to confirm details.
• Provide administrative support for invoice processing, budget updates, scheduling, and calendar updates.

• Full-time, 12-month program with availability Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
• At least 6 months of prior experience.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex work environment.
• Initiative and ability to work independently.
• Manage multiple projects and work assignments.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and professionalism.
• Deliver information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Pro.
