Trainee Retail Onboarding

The Dior Corporate Trainee program is designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. The trainee will support the organization’s short and long-term objectives through day-to-day administrative tasks and assist in creating and implementing a seamless onboarding process for Retail Boutique teams.

• Support the Director in executing the new onboarding initiative for Retail Teams.
• Assist in adapting the onboarding process to make it more relevant.
• Provide effective communication and follow-up of tasks, updates, alerts, and reminders to the teams.
• Oversee employee integration with necessary tools and programs.
• Create content for onboarding trainings, including PowerPoint decks and digital content for LMS platform.
• Innovate ideas and tools to deliver a top-tier experience for retail new hires.
• Partner with external vendors for creative solutions in tool usage.
• Monitor boutique training tools utilization and maintain the onboarding space within the internal retail app.
• Support with various admin tasks such as calendar management, training logistics, and vendor management.

• Full-time, 12-month program with availability M-F, 9-6pm, and Friday work from home.
• At least 6 months of prior experience.
• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent follow-through practices and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook).
• Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus.
