Training And Onboarding Manager

As a Training and Onboarding Manager at Dior in Beverly Hills, you will lead the training and coaching of retail teams to enhance the Dior selling ceremony, product knowledge, and client development. You will collaborate with boutique leaders and retail leadership to identify training needs and solutions, ensuring all Dior selling teams are equipped to provide an exceptional client experience in a luxury environment.

• Develop and facilitate training programs in the boutique, including brand culture, product knowledge, and client development.
• Evaluate training needs and provide regular follow-up to retail teams and corporate departments.
• Partner with various teams to develop seasonal product training.
• Oversee induction and onboarding for new employees and support store openings and events.
• Assist management with spot coaching to enhance client experience and brand ambassadorship.
• Coordinate and manage training calendar for seasonal launches and events.
• Track effectiveness of training programs and provide regular follow-up.

• 5 years of retail training experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong passion and awareness for the luxury fashion industry.
• Ability to develop interactive and comprehensive training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to travel as needed.
