Summary
Lead and execute regional retail training programs to elevate brand equity and client experience while supporting commercial priorities. Partner with the US Training Director to develop localized content, manage e-learning platforms, and mentor store management to improve clienteling and sales performance. Travel extensively to deliver in-person trainings, new hire inductions, and support new store openings.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute educational programs in partnership with the US Training Director.
- Analyze existing content, identify learning gaps, and create relevant training materials.
- Deliver and reinforce trainings on client experience, selling techniques, product collections, brand history and storytelling.
- Develop, track and monitor store visits and follow up on in-store trainings.
- Manage and track all e-learning platforms for the market.
- Develop action plans from mystery shops and client experience surveys.
- Host quarterly new hire inductions and support onboarding processes.
- Assist with training for new store openings and wholesale account trainings.
- Collaborate with CRM and central teams to localize and create market relevant content.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong retail background with passion for educational training.
- Experience in a multi-channel business model.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Powerpoint.
- Ability to travel 60+% of the time.
- Excellent communication and ability to build consensus.
- Strong understanding of luxury market and craftsmanship techniques.
- Ability to manage budgets and process expense reports.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
