Summary
Regional training leader responsible for planning and executing educational programs to elevate brand equity and client experience across West Coast boutiques. Partners with the US Training Director to localize content, onboard new hires, and support commercial priorities while traveling frequently to stores.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional training programs in partnership with the US Training Director
- Analyze existing content, identify learning gaps and create relevant training materials
- Deliver and reinforce trainings to store managers and client advisors on client experience, selling techniques and collections
- Manage onboarding and quarterly new hire inductions for retail staff
- Develop and monitor store visit schedules and follow up on in-store trainings
- Manage and track e-learning platforms and training metrics
- Develop action plans from mystery shops and client experience surveys
- Support new store openings and wholesale account trainings
- Mentor store managers and develop tools to improve clienteling performance
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong retail background with passion for educational training
- Experience with multi-channel business models
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 60 percent or more of the time
- Excellent communication and consensus building skills
- Ability to assess training needs, track effectiveness and adapt content
- Highly organized, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
