UXUI Designer

As a UX/UI Designer at KREWE, you will own all design execution across KREWE.com, focusing on understanding user needs and crafting user journeys. You will work closely with the Sr. Manager of E-commerce, Art Director, and developers to ensure a cohesive, branded, user-centered design approach.

• Develop and create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interactions.
• Create adaptable designs for optimal user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Identify UX issues and propose scalable solutions across digital platforms.
• Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and adjust based on user feedback.
• Review site and consumer data to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and ensure designs align with brand vision.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and processes.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in mobile, tablet, and desktop design best practices.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to interpret A/B testing, conversion, heat map, and critical path data.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Experience with animation or motion design is a bonus.
