Responsibilities- Develop and create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Create adaptable designs for optimal user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Identify UX issues and propose scalable solutions across digital platforms.
- Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and adjust based on user feedback.
- Review site and consumer data to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and ensure designs align with brand vision.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and processes.
Requirements- 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in mobile, tablet, and desktop design best practices.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to interpret A/B testing, conversion, heat map, and critical path data.
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Experience with animation or motion design is a bonus.
