VIE - Data Analyst

Summary

Support the expansion of Hermès' US cloud data platform by ensuring data is reliable, documented, and usable. Serve as a link between US business teams and the central Analytics and AI team, turning data into actionable insights and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Profile existing US data, document anomalies and risks, and identify implicit business rules.
• Compare source data with Snowflake data models, document gaps, and propose reconciliation or transformation rules.
• Monitor data quality throughout migration and develop Power BI dashboards and operational reports.
• Promote data analysis and BI standards, document findings, and collaborate with data engineering and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in data, statistics, econometrics, applied mathematics, or a related field.
• Initial experience in data analysis or business intelligence in a structured environment.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Power BI; knowledge of data profiling and data quality analysis.
• Snowflake or cloud data warehouse experience is a plus; Python or R skills are appreciated.
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, curiosity, and professional English proficiency; French is an asset.
