• Proactively ensure all VIC Ambassador's clients are treated in a timely fashion.
• Welcome every VIC Ambassador's clients and assist in providing the best client experience.
• Perform as a team-player and participate in activities contributing to the overall objectives of the VIC Ambassador.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support the VIC Ambassador.
• Manage and audit reservations, consignments, and product transfers.
• Create and prepare for appointments.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to maintain composure and activate troubleshooting strategies when needed.
