Summary
Support the Visual Operations Manager and senior visual team in executing collection launches, window concepts, pop ups, events, store openings and related creative projects. Assist with VM department operational activities including calendars, photo reports, inventories, budgets, and team administration. Full time internship January 2026 to May 2026 focused on hands on in market support in New York.
Responsibilities
- Assist with worldwide and local window concepts, pop ups, pop ins, collection events and store openings.
- Provide on site hands on support during creative installations and special events in the New York market.
- Update VM calendars, create photo reports and maintain creative asset inventory and tracking documents.
- Support VM budget updates, tool orders, invoice collection and submission for props and tools.
- Help distribute installation guides and coordinate logistics and tool deliveries for new tool implementation.
- Organize and upload visual merchandising documents and guidelines to digital channels.
- Support monthly rotations, collection launch deck completion and collection placement activities.
- Coordinate with local vendors, store planning and the NA VM network to ensure implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress.
- Visually engaged with strong attention to detail and visual learning ability.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross functional teams.
- Fast learner comfortable in a fast paced environment and proactive initiative.
- Proficient computer skills and Adobe user.
- Excellent problem solving skills and alignment with company values.
