Visual Merchandising Manager

As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through strategic visual merchandising in Moncler stores. This position requires creativity, business acumen, and leadership skills to ensure store environments reflect Moncler's brand identity and values. You will oversee approximately 15 stores across various locations, implementing visual directives, training staff, and supporting events.

• Create visually compelling displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to assess visual merchandising effectiveness.
• Plan and execute regular store zoning and rotations.
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure consistent visual standards.
• Manage prop inventory and store maintenance.
• Communicate visual merchandising plans and provide training to store teams.
• Partner with teams for new store openings, renovations, and relocations.
• Lead and mentor employees with visual merchandising strengths.
• Facilitate onboarding for new store leaders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of multi-store retail visual merchandising experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience in a global company and matrix organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Adobe, and visual merchandising software.
• Physical ability to perform occasional lifting and moving of merchandise and props.
