Visual Merchandising Specialist - Madison Ave

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist at Loro Piana Madison Ave, you will be responsible for executing the brand's visual merchandising strategies, including window creativity and mannequin styling. You will collaborate with the retail team to ensure the visual presentation aligns with global guidelines and embodies the brand's history and values.

• Execute daily visual merchandising maintenance and ensure technical clarity in all client-facing areas.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to maximize business results through effective visual merchandising.
• Propose and implement display solutions in line with global and local guidelines.
• Document visual merchandising rotations and share with the Visual Merchandiser and Regional Visual Manager.
• Support VM training and onboarding of new sales professionals.
• Achieve personal sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop and maintain a detailed clientele book and provide feedback on merchandise trends.

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in visual merchandising.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a creative field.
• Valid driver license and passport.
• Excellent visual skills and aesthetic sensibility.
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
